Product availability, pricing, event details, and services may change without notice. Because plants are living products, appearance, size, and condition may naturally vary.


Event registrations, private bookings, cancellations, and refunds are subject to the policies provided at the time of purchase or booking.


Participation in plant-related activities and workshops is voluntary. Guests are responsible for following provided instructions and using materials appropriately.


Website content, photographs, logos, designs, and Wild & Potted branding may not be reproduced or used without permission.


Wild & Potted reserves the right to update these terms as our business and services grow.

Return and Refund Policy

 Effective October 28, 2026


We want you to love your Wild & Potted purchase!


Because plants are living products, all plant sales are final. If you experience a concern with a plant at the time of purchase, please let us know so we can make it right.


Unused, non-plant merchandise may be returned within 14 days of purchase with proof of purchase and must be in its original condition. Custom, personalized, and clearance items are final sale.


Event, workshop, and Plant Bar registrations may be refundable or transferable according to the cancellation policy provided when booking. Private event deposits may be non-refundable once supplies have been purchased or preparations have begun.


Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method.
